This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee" or "you") and Advanced Tool Library ("Licensor," "we," or "us") for the use of the Tool Tag Labels add-in ("Software") for Autodesk Fusion, distributed through the Autodesk App Store.
By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software, free of charge, solely for your personal or internal business purposes within Autodesk Fusion, subject to compliance with this EULA. The Software is licensed, not sold.
The Software, including its code, documentation, and any updates, is owned by Licensor and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Licensor. Label templates and settings you create using the Software remain your own data, stored locally on your device.

Licensor may provide updates or enhancements to the Software via the Autodesk App Store. Support is available at support@advancedtoollibrary.com. Licensor is not obligated to provide updates or support unless specified in the App Store listing.
This license terminates automatically if you fail to comply with this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease using the Software and delete all copies.
The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Licensor does not guarantee that the Software will meet your requirements or operate without interruption or error.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Software. As the Software is provided free of charge, Licensor's total liability shall not exceed $0.
This EULA is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the provincial or federal courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia.
